Out on the Water Sailing, Inc. is an adventure sports sailing enterprise owned and operated by two lifelong sailors and American Sailing Association certified instructors: Capt. Toby Stull and Capt. Chris Bartick. With over 45-years combined sailing experience, we are happy to share our sailing expertise with our students through sailing lessons, charters, vessel training and destination vacations. We seek to provide every client with a wonderfully fun and fulfilling sailing adventure suited to your desires. As a gay owned and operated adventure-sports sailing company, Out on the Water Sailing seeks to provide services to everyone interested in sailing regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.
